Michael Pipkin
Prior to his current role, Michael spent time at Reservoir Capital Group, a New York-based private investment firm, where he was responsible for opening the Houston office and leading energy origination and execution efforts for upstream, asset-focused equity strategy.
With over 15 years of experience, Michael spent 10+ years in energy principal investing at The D.E. Shaw Group and Stellus Capital. Michael started his career in energy investment banking at Jefferies and RBC.

Bradley Bracewell
Prior to his current role, Bradley worked for 12 years at Shell Oil Company, where he served in a number of engineering, operations, corporate planning, and leadership positions of increasing responsibility.

Courtney Damm
Courtney joined RRP in 2025 as an SVP. Previously, Courtney served as Senior Vice President, Reservoir at Spur Energy Partners where she was responsible for asset development. With ~15 years of experience at various private equity and publicly traded business operations, she has held roles that focused on strategic and financial planning, reservoir engineering, and operations.

Mike Fontenot
Mike has over 20 years of experience in the industry and prior to joining the company held various roles in reservoir, completions, production, operations, and business development. His geographical experience includes West Texas, South Texas, East Texas, Mississippi, and the Gulf Coast including offshore Gulf of America.

Gabe Lo
Gabe joined RRP in 2024 and serves as Director of Finance. Before joining Rushmore, Gabe oversaw finance and corporate development efforts at Earthstone Energy, where he played a key role in the execution of multiple acquisitions in the Permian Basin. Earlier in his career, he held M&A roles at Kinder Morgan and worked in energy investment banking at Lehman and RBC.

Lisa Rice
Lisa has worked in the Oil & Gas Industry for almost 20 years. Prior to her current role, she has served in various roles such as Credit Analyst, Midstream Accounting and the last 15 years being in Production Accounting.
